This Agreement is an agreement between GENBOLT CAM Account and Genbolt Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") regarding the use of the cloud storage automatic renewal service provided by GENBOLT CAM (hereinafter referred to as "this automatic renewal service"). This Agreement describes the use of this service and related rights and obligations between the Company and the GENBOLT CAM Account.

Clicking on Subscribe, Activate and Use is deemed to be your agreement to this Agreement.

You understand and agree: 

Apple Store:

1 If you activate this automatic renewal service through Apple's Apple ID and do not actively and explicitly cancel this automatic renewal service during the subscription period, Apple will automatically deduct the service fee for the next subscription period from the balance of the Apple ID account bound to you when you activated this automatic renewal service 24 hours before the expiration of each subscription period, thereby extending the validity period of the cloud storage corresponding to the subscription period (specific details are subject to Apple's actual deduction rules). You should pay attention to the above accounts and the deductible balance status. If the renewal fails due to account problems or insufficient balance, the risks and/or losses will be borne by you.

2 To help you understand the automatic renewal situation, Apple will notify you 5 days in advance by [internal letter, message push or email], please pay attention to receive it. You should pay special attention to the characteristics of the automatic renewal service. If you do not explicitly cancel the automatic renewal service during the subscription period, Apple will issue a deduction instruction for the next subscription period to the relevant entity based on your entrustment. In principle, the fees deducted based on the instruction will not be refunded. A single automatic renewal order only corresponds to one camera device and Genbolt Cam account. If you change the account, you need to cancel the old account subscription and re-activate it.

3 Subscription period: 1 month (subject to the subscription page), you can choose it yourself.

4 You confirm and agree that the company has the right to adjust the service price or stop providing automatic renewal service. If the company intends to adjust the service price when you activate the automatic renewal service, the company will notify you in advance in an appropriate manner (including but not limited to internal announcements, emails, etc.). If you do not agree to the service price adjustment, you can cancel the automatic renewal service in accordance with this agreement; if you do not cancel this automatic renewal service, the fees subsequently deducted by Apple will be based on the adjusted service fees; if you cancel within 24 hours before the expiration of the subscription period, Apple may stop the deduction service after deducting the service fees for the next subscription period from the service fees after the call. After the cancellation of this automatic renewal service, if you activate the automatic renewal service again, the service fees automatically deducted by Apple will be based on the service fees displayed on the page at that time.

5 The method for canceling the automatic renewal service is as follows:

iOS12 and above: Open the "App Store" of Apple iOS devices -> click on the Apple account avatar in the upper right corner -> enter "Account" -> click "Subscription" -> select "GENBOLT CAM" and cancel the subscription;

iOS12 and below systems: Open the "Settings" of Apple iOS devices -> enter "iTunes Store and App Store" -> click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscription", select "GENBOLT CAM", and cancel the subscription.

6 The Company may also stop providing you with automatic renewal services based on operational strategy needs, and your Genbolt Cam account service period will end on the date when the current service period expires.

Your membership will be valid for a predetermined period of time depending on the content you subscribe to. At your option, the relevant subscription may automatically renew each month until it is terminated. In order to access the Service Content (defined below), you will need to provide a current, valid, accepted payment method (which may be updated from time to time). If you choose to automatically renew, you must cancel your membership at least 24 hours before the start of the relevant renewal period to avoid being charged for the Service again.

Billing

The subscription fee for the relevant Service and any other fees (such as taxes, transaction fees, etc.) will be charged to your selected payment method in a one-time or monthly manner, and the billing date will correspond to the date you start paying for the Service. After subscribing, we will authorize your payment method so that you can receive the subscription fee. Your balance or credit line will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the approved amount.

Payment

Valid, allowed payment methods, as shown on your account page. You can update your payment method at any time. You authorize us to continue to charge your selected payment method. If your primary payment method is declined, you authorize us to be responsible for the uncollected fees. If your payment method is declined, we may suspend your account and will re-activate the Service after you settle the outstanding balance. Please note that some payment methods may incur additional fees (such as conversion or processing fees). You are solely responsible for paying any such fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to the Service at any time. You will have access to the Service until your paid subscription reaches its termination date. If you terminate the Service midway through your billing cycle, we will not provide a partial refund or any credit.

Refunds

Except as otherwise specifically provided in these Terms, all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription to the Service, you will still have access to the Service until the end of your billing cycle. We may, at our sole discretion, provide you or any other subscriber with a refund, discount or other credit in connection with the Service at any time.
